Maamoul con Pistacchio è un popolare biscotto mediorientale simile al Maamoul con Datteri, ma è farcito con un mix di pistacchi macinati, zucchero e spezie. L'impasto per i biscotti è tipicamente fatto con semola, farina, burro e altri ingredienti come acqua di rose e acqua di fiori d'arancio. L'impasto viene poi farcito con il mix di pistacchi, che è fatto macinando finemente i pistacchi e mescolandoli con zucchero, cannella e altre spezie come il cardamomo.
